Closing the Interview
After the interview, be sure to thank the interviewer for taking time to meet with you. Let the interviewer know that
you interested in the position. The same day write the interviewer a thank-you letter reiterating your interest in the
job. Be sure to spell the interviewers name correctly.
If you have not heard back from interviewer within the time frame indicated by the interviewer, call them directly and
politely remind them that you are still interested in the position.
Don’t stop your job search waiting for one position. Get up and get ready for your next interview. The more
interviews you have the more polished your interviewing skills become.
